2. Uploading videos
All videos which you upload must comply with our Video Guidelines, which are incorporated into this agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that the videos you provide adhere to the guidelines.
Any videos which are not considered to be in line with the guidelines may be removed without notice. Videos which display actions and activities which are potentially illegal or felt to be indecent or grossly offensive will be promptly removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

To upload and comment on videos, you must register as a member by providing a user name, password, and a valid email address.
You may only register yourself as an individual, not an organisation or separate legal entity. It is your responsibility to notify us if your details change, and ensure that your email address cannot be interpreted as allowing you to act on behalf of or bind an organisation or separate legal entity to this agreement.
Please ensure that your chosen username does not risk you being reasonably mistaken for a different person or a representative of an organisation, and cannot reasonably be felt to be objectionable.
While C4Urselves will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your account and personal data are as secure as possible, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
To help keep your account secure, you should avoid giving other people your login details, and log out of your account when not using it.
If you become aware of an unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password and notify us immediately.
6. Duration and termination
This agreement begins on the date you first use the C4Urselves Service and continues as long as you have an account with us.
You may delete your account at any time. Accounts may be deleted if they remain inactive (i.e., the user fails to log in) for a continuous period of at least six (6) months.
C4Urselves may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) or block or remove any content you submitted if C4Urselves determines that you have violated any provision of this agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage C4Urselves's reputation. In the event of account deletion for any reason, content that you submitted may no longer be available, and C4Urselves shall not be responsible for the loss of such content.
7. License to use videos
You retain the intellectual property and copyright of the video content ("videos") that you submit to the C4Urselves website. You are responsible for ensuring that: (i) you have the right to submit the content which you upload to C4Urselves and grant the licenses set forth above; that (ii) the content adheres to the Video Guidelines; and that (iii) the content does not infringe any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
You will indemnify and hold harmless C4Urselves and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against all third party actions that: (i) arise from your activities on the C4Urselves Service; (ii) assert a violation by you of any term of this agreement; or (iii) assert that any content you submitted to C4Urselves violates any law or infringes any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right. C4Urselves shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
